What does iSend inc. do?

iSend Inc. will create a customized app for your Physician Practice. This is an innovative and unique way to brand your practice and to reach out to your current patients, new patients and your current customers by mobilizing your practice.

 

What are some benefits of our practice having an app?

The benefits are endless! Through the use of your app, patients can literally request an appointment, request medical records, prescription refills, find office locations via GPS, make quick contact, and see all of your services and programs. The biggest possibility of your app will be reaching out to your community. Now, your patients and patients’ family can have your practice information right at their fingertips. You could literally have hundreds of marketers out there advertising your practice!


What if I don’t have a logo or website and want additional customizing of my app?

We can handle both of these situations. Please contact us before signing up!


What happens after I sign up and pay?

After we receive your confirmation, within one business day we will send you a questionnaire form that will help us customize your app quickly and efficiently. Once that is completed, it will take us 1-2 business weeks to build your app then another 2 weeks for apple to approve your app. It’s extremely important that you establish one contact person for us to communicate with through the building stages. This will allow us to complete your app as quickly as possible.


Can we edit our app at any point to add/subtract info?

Yes. We charge a $49/month subscription fee with includes any updating that you wish to have.


Is my app free to download for our patients and potential patients?


Yes, it’s absolutely free for them. Any users can download your app from the iTunes App store or the Android Market Place from their iPhone, Android, iPad, iTouch, or computer.
